By Larry Myers****Passing by The Crown & Anchor, an impromptu Marieann Meringolo appearance complemented Bobby Wetherby’s genius. Onlookers gazing through windows witnessed a happening with a revival meeting fervor. Earlier, Meringolo’s Ptown debut allowed us to see her take the town by storm. Her voice is the perfect instrument to convey songs of Dionne Warwick and Johnny Mathis (who deserves a Kennedy Center Award). Never have the “Twelfth of Never” or “Alfie” sounded better.
